HOW DELIVERY WORKSPreparation and Transit
Orders are prepared for dispatch before the carrier transports the parcel to the delivery address.

Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are prepared within approximately 2–3 business days after we receive a completed order and payment authorization.
- Checking the order and delivery details;
- Preparing the selected goods;
- Packing and labeling the parcel;
- Arranging carrier handoff.
Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Any different product-specific preparation period should be disclosed before purchase.

Carrier Transit Time
Transit begins when the carrier accepts the parcel. The estimates below depend on the destination and shipping service.
- A label-created status alone does not confirm carrier acceptance;
- Delivery schedules depend on the carrier and destination;
- Disruptions or extended customs processing can affect arrival;
- Contact us if an expected shipment or delivery is overdue.

Delayed or Missing
Tell us if tracking is unclear or delivery is overdue. You do not need the carrier to confirm a parcel is lost before contacting us.

Describe the damage and include relevant photos if available. Keep useful packaging where practical and safe; an unboxing video is not required.

Delivered but Not Found
We review your report together with the delivery records. A delivered scan alone does not resolve a non-receipt complaint.

You can contact us even if some details are missing. Any remedy is handled under the Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. A carrier or supplier investigation does not suspend a legal deadline or make your remedy depend on their reimbursing us.
01Fulfillment and Multiple Parcels
Orders may be prepared by fulfillment partners and dispatched from different locations. Depending on the goods and delivery arrangement, a shipment may cross an international border.
If an order is split, separate parcels can have different tracking numbers and arrival dates. Contact us if an item is missing and no separate shipment has been identified.
02Available Destinations
Shipping availability depends on the delivery address, product, and available carrier service. A country appearing in the estimate table does not guarantee service to every address.
If no service appears at checkout, contact us before placing the order. We can clarify whether delivery is available.
03Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cross-border parcels may be inspected by customs and may incur import charges. Whether duties and taxes are included, collected at checkout, or payable separately depends on the shipping arrangement disclosed for the order.
Review the import-charge information before purchase and ask us if anything is unclear. We will explain the applicable arrangement; this policy does not impose an undisclosed charge or override a price or tax commitment already made.
04Changes to Delivery Estimates
Public holidays, severe weather, customs inspections, remote-area service, or carrier disruptions may affect arrival. Contact us if your order has not arrived within its stated estimate.
Describing a timeframe as an estimate does not remove our delivery obligations or your applicable cancellation and refund rights.
05Address Corrections
Check your street address, unit number, postal code, and contact details before paying. If anything is wrong, email us promptly.
Whether a correction can be made depends on shipment status. Any proposed additional cost must be explained and have a lawful basis. You are not charged for an addressing error made by us.
06Delivery Attempts and Returns
Follow any genuine carrier instructions about redelivery or collection. If a parcel cannot be delivered or is returned to sender, contact us so we can review the reason.
An unsuccessful delivery or returned parcel does not automatically forfeit your payment. Available options and any lawful costs are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
ORDER CHANGESNeed to Change or Cancel an Order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, if available, and the change or cancellation you are requesting.
We may be unable to alter a parcel already in transit. Processing or packing does not, by itself, remove a cancellation or withdrawal right provided by law. If an order has shipped, we can explain any applicable return options.

If We Cannot Ship on Time
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the required notice, explain the revised estimate if known, and offer the applicable choice to accept a delay or cancel for a refund.
If we cannot fulfill an order, or do not obtain consent to a delay where required, the unshipped order will be canceled and the payment due refunded promptly. A policy update does not retroactively remove an existing delivery commitment or mandatory consumer right.
